Anti-Cabin Fever Dinner Thank you!

Our fabulous 2017 Anti-Cabin Fever Dinner season was incredibly fun and completely sold out!
Date:Jul 26, 2013

We say a heartfelt thank you to all of the people who helped to make our 2017 Anti-Cabin Fever Dinner season successful and FUN! For the past three years, every dinner was sold out with a waiting list, except for a few during snowstorms.

These dinners provide a great way to enjoy excellent food, break up the week, and see friends – new and old – on winter nights. Each Wednesday from January until early April, a local chef, many from the area’s best restaurants, prepares a delicious meal. The dinners subsidize costs for the Change the World Kids’ annual work trip to re-forest Bosque para Siempre, the migratory rain forest habitat in Costa Rica that they are helping to conserve and reforest, and that supports our Vermont migratory songbirds, as well as native rain forest species.

Our guests made our evenings with their laughter and support. We greatly appreciate the generosity of the North Universalist Chapel for hosting us in their kitchen and social hall.

Enormous thanks to our chefs of the 2017 season, the culinary stars of Upper Valley restaurants and Inns, including:

Prince and the Pauper,
Three Tomatoes Trattoria
Woodstock Farmers’ Market
Woodstock Inn & Resort
Worthy Kitchen and Worthy Burger
Ruth’s Kitchen

and more!
